The Best Gifts for Homeschool Moms…What She Really Wants
I have been a homeschool mom for almost 10 years now. I’m quite a simple gal. I don’t go out much, don’t spend a ton of money on makeup. However; I love indulging in school supplies and homeschool related accessories. I bet the homeschool mom in your life does too! Today, I created a list of Mother’s Day gifts for homeschool moms. There is something in just about anyone’s budget.
Laminator

If she doesn’t have one, she wants one. If she doesn’t want one, she doesn’t know what she’s missing. Seriously.
Slow Cooker

Is there another way to homeschool all the kids, keep house, and have dinner on the table at a reasonable hour? No, there is not. She needs a slow cooker and it will forever change her life.
Homeschool Conference Tickets

Not only is the homeschool conference a time of learning, growing, and encouragement, it’s also likely a time of some needed rest for a few days. Have the grandparents watch the kids and join or send her with a friend. I’ve linked a couple, but here is an awesome list for 2025 based on where you live.
Homeschool Mom Cup

She probably needs a new cup. This will keep her cold drinks cold and her hot drinks hot. It has a straw and a handle. What more could she want?
Study Bible

Does she need a new Bible? This is the one I have and I LOVE it.
Bible Study Supplies

If she doesn’t need a new Bible, she probably still needs to Bible study supplies.
Pens

She definitely needs new pens. Someone is always taking them or she’s using them all up. Trust me! These are erasable and refillable.
Homeschool Mama Shirt

The homeschool mama is always so proud to be her child’s educator. Plus, what else would she wear to co-op? I bet she’ll wear this shirt twice a week.
Gift Cards

Grab her a gift card. You really can’t go wrong. Maybe her favorite coffee shop or restaurant. If she has a favorite store she doesn’t get to shop at much. Something just for her!
Uncrustable Maker

Is this for her or the kids? Yes. The answer is yes to both. Anything to make the homeschool mom’s life easier. Don’t just get her this, but she will appreciate it at noon when the baby is crying, the toddler needs changed, and the 4th grader needs his math paper checked. Ask me how I know…
Homeschool Books

The homeschool mom loves to learn and read. Even if she didn’t used to, she has grown to. She may own this or have already read it, but it’s my personal homeschool book I’ve ever read. You know her best, pick what she’ll like.
Cozy Slippers

I refuse to believe homeschool moms are out here getting ready for the day. If they are, good on them, but I promise, they are probably still rocking a pair of slippers. Get her a nice, comfy pair, cause she’s probably living in those bad boys.
Epson Ecotank

This may be out of your price range for Mother’s Day, but it is a good option for other time’s of year. I couldn’t include gifts for homeschool moms and not include a wireless printer. It really is a must have if you can afford it!
Laptop Holder

My husband got me this exact laptop holder 2 Christmas’ ago. I use it daily. I’m actually using it right now. It’s probably my most used item for homeschooling and blogging, aside from my laptop itself. The homeschool mom may be moving about and need to be mobile. This has a mousepad and phone holder. It’s amazing!
