Resurrection Garden
Learn how to create your own Resurrection Garden. Perfect for a Christ-Centered Easter activity with the kids this spring!
Materials
- Pie plate
- small terra cotta pot for tomb
- branches to make cross
- rope or twine to make crosses
- dirt or potting soil
- grass seed
- rocks
Instructions
- Start by adding soil (or dirt) to the pie plate.
- Then, add your pot to be the tomb. Next, put dirt around and on top of the tomb.
- Use rope or twine to attach two twigs together to make a cross. You can make one of the crosses for Jesus a little bigger. Press them in the dirt above the tomb.
- Next, sprinkle on the grass seed.
- Add your big and small rocks where ever you'd like. Use your creativity!
- Then, use a spray bottle to water the grass seeds.
- Set in a sunny place.
- Water it daily.
- It will take 4-7 days to grow.
