Using History Projects and Crafts to Bring Learning to Life
My children and I love incorporating hands-on projects into our homeschool. We are all a combination of hands-on and visual learners. Projects and crafts are absolutely perfect for our learning style. History can tend to be abstract. It’s one thing to do a science experiment right in front of you, but even if you visit a museum or field trip on a history topic, it’s hard to put yourself there because it’s in the past. That’s why, history projects are wonderful to bring learning to life. Here are a few ideas to engage your homeschoolers in history.
